Lexus Announces Intention to Recall Certain U.S. Market Vehicles to Replace Engine Valve SpringsLexus, a division of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc., today announced that it has informed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of its intention to file a Defect Information Report (DIR) regarding approximately 138,000 Lexus vehicles, powered by 4.6 and 5.0 liter V8 and 3.5 liter V6 engines in certain 2006, 2007 and 2008 GS, IS and LS models in the U.S. The formal report will be filed the week of July 5. MSRP adjustments were also announced on select current 2010 Lexus models including HS 250h, ES 350, IS 250, IS 350, IS 250C, IS 350C, IS F, GS 350, GS 460, GS 450h , LS 460, SC 430, RX 350, RX 450h and LX 570. Lexus Announces Prices for 2010 LS 460 and GS ModelsLexus today announced Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) for the 2010 LS 460 and LS 460 L premium luxury sedans, GS 350 and GS 460 mid-size luxury sport sedans, and GS 450h mid-size luxury sport hybrid sedan. The MSRPs do not include a delivery, processing and handling fee of $875. The GS and LS sedans will arrive at dealerships later this month. (more) |
